After a warm up (500 yards/9:39) I did 10x25 at a hard pace with a quick rest in between each. 19.8 / 21.3 / 21.2 / 21.3 / 21.2 / 21.4 / 20.1 / 18.8 / 19.1 / 20.8 Then a 500 yard cool down (10:07).
nice :) it might be beneficial to do some technique drills for warm up too? I know straight 500s get really boring really quickly!

We warmed up outside as we waited for a gym class to be done on the indoor track - nice 2 mile warmup - then back inside for a 15 minute tempo run.
