    I seem to be stuck between Blah and Alright, but I'll settle for that for a little while as things seem to be getting better, although slowly. Ankle has given me no problems thus far..

    Felt better today, somewhere in-between a blah & alright. Took it a bit slower as I pushed it a bit too hard yesterday and it left me a wheezy in the evening.
