    Last nite's run. Forgot to put it in here. Felt great. Started out at 48 degrees, rain and a little breeze and ended in 35 degrees, 30 mph wind gusts and freezing drizzle.

    Great run tonite. Even in the cold, wet and wind. My legs feel so much stronger after just a month of consistency. They really wanna go. I just have to get my cardio where it needs to be first.

      Mark, my husband is going for a tri-Athlon this year. Any tips for training for a preparation for a lake swimming?

      Just get the basic swimming down. If he is comfortable swimming in a pool he will be fine. If he has the chance to get into some open water prior to the swim that would be helpful just so he has a feel for what it's like doing an open water swim.
