Ready for the half tomorrow! Not sure if the colour combo is the wisest: orange shirt, blue hat, and [off-camera] green shoes! Going for comfort more than anything else.

Did you get many 'Can Too' supporters cheering for you with the outfit??

Hi Rob, nah the orange wasn't quite the 'Can-Too orange', so I didn't get any cheers... But I did catch up with @Joanne R. and @Jill C. in the Can-Too area after the race, and I think some folks there might have thought I was one [a Can-Too'er], because they kept offering me free food!!! :-)

Good luck Mark. This sounds like you were asking our permission for something that you needed to give yourself permission for. You know what will work and achieving your goal (finish with fun) will show you that you can do anything you give yourself permission for.

Hi Andrew, thanks. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to ask a bunch of runners if they thought I should go for a run - but they sure helped! :-) Actually, the hardest thing to do was to decide to part with the $120 bucks just to enter the race! The organisers sure know how to flog the money out of us, don't they!? Good luck to you on the other big run on Sunday!

As long as you are getting better, 'quick' is subjective right? :-)
