    Didn't have time to run in the morning, so had to run after we got home from church. Dang, it was hot/humid at Noon! Got 13 down, but it was a struggle with the weather conditions.

      @Tim - Well, I'm trying to break 3:10 this year in Chicago so a 7:32 pace for 8 better be easy :)

      @Erika - I'm an early morning runner....have never been able to run after work. All of my workouts are in the morning.
