    Nice 10 with Natasha, Gwen and Mike. Natasha and I did 10, Gwen and Mike did more. Great morning. A little chilly but totally awesome.

    Warmed up with a 1/4 mile jog then did 1/4 intervals. Did some pushups and trx upper body in between the intervals.

    Normal Saturday. Next on the agenda, Lobo men's basketball, then celebrate my wife's birthday in Santa Fe. Long run tomorrow is going to be long.

  15. Almost gone. After 2.5 years of running marathons, my first toe nail loss is almost gone. Kinda weird. There are 3 others that are some shade of black. This one is just about gone. Wow
