      great pace with the stroller! I have such a hard time with our jogger, the front wheel doesn't swivel and I struggle not being able to pump my arms as usual. My form breaks down a lot.

      Way to go Marissa! I like working on my pace on the treadmill. I don't have a Garmin so it's the only way I can get instant feedback on my pace. And it's pretty nice to not have to deal with hills/wind etc. while you're trying to be fast! ( :

    Felt good to get out there and get a little run in! It was gorgeous weather and a nice breeze...now it's time to lay out by the pool and work on my tan :-)

      how accurate is that? I think the avg person burns 100 cals/mile. Since I'm lighter than avg, when I was wearing the BodyMedia, it was just under 90 cals/mile. Not to burst your bubble, but don't want you to think you can eat more than you really burned off either :)
