      @ Chris G.- Thank you, you know, sometimes it does well and others it is not so good, but it is healing slowly. I can still run but only for time.

    I got good and sweaty ridding the bike and did another workout from Shape it was an exerband work out that was easy on my knee and ankle.

      @ Molly E.- I am trying to be cool with my workouts but I have to say i am SO BORED I want to run in the woods SO BAD. The weather her in the NE is so perfect for trail running the trails are so inviting with that wonderful balsam smell and the vistas are in credible!

      I can understand! I remember the winters in the northeast, although I was not running then. It is better to take it easy and do boring workouts and heal. You can always go for a walk in the woods. Just don't get lost!

    It went very good balance was a little off, but I still felt very strong despite weak knee and ankle. Did a 7 minute workout on rower to warm up.

    I am still nursing a turned ankle and a bum knee from three weeks ago and the Vulcan's Fury Trail Race, my season is done.

    I took it slow since I am still nursing messed up knees and a twisted ankle from the Vulcan's Fury Trail Race two weeks ago.

      You shouldn't be doing those trail races with a bad knee, especially at your age, lol! I guess you will be transitioning to cross country skiing and snowshoeing now that winter has arrived!

      @ Chris G.- You are exactly right, I will XC skiing soon! I also plan to sign up for a new series called http://www.winterwild.com/ check it out! This series is about getting up a ski hill and then getting back down, it is supposed to be a great way to keep in shape over the winter months. Of course, I will also be TRX and weight training all of this is in prep for the 2012 trail racing season!
