    Despite having a bit of a cold I had a great run! During the 3rd mile I had to slow down due to a terrible cramp but over all it was a great run! Couldnt ask for better weather....70s and sunny!

    long run training for 1/2 marathon. Meg ran the first 5 with me which was great. Felt pretty good the whole run but got slow the last mile!

    Ran another mile on the treadmill with my trainer doing interval training then she kicked my ass with weights! Great workout today!
