Deadlifts/hammercurls
Dumbbell squats
Crunches w/ chest press
Double leg lifts w/ chest flys
Weighted side leg lifts
Hip bridges
Lateral shoulder raises in crescent pose
Shoulder presses in crescent pose
Triceps kickbacks in chair pose
