Bed time yoga
00:20
A couple sun salutations (moon salutations?) and then some hip opening asanas, twists, forward bends, seated poses, and ahhhh, sivasana. I'm a little annoyed, though - that all I could think of was where I put my damn water bottle. I'm missing one, and so I am down a bottle for my long run tomorrow. Grumble grumble.

You just motivated me to do mine to before I go to bed. Great job Ms. Marina.

I did my Yoga on the Wii Fit Plus at 8pm. I like the sun salutation and the palm tree.

We did some stretching out on the deck last night Marina, as it had cooled so much.

"Chandra namaskar" ; that sounds exotic-- Vern, are they done the same way as Sun Salutations, normally?

I've seen several versions. They typically include variations of crescent moon pose. Here two variations I've seen~ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0npZhN-p9io and http://youtu.be/B1eF-Wl2AlU

Ah, I missed your comment, earlier! THANK YOU, Vern! The first link is so wonderful to watch, mesmerizing, and very much like the flow of a sun salutation. The second one looks more complicated.

Yes, it's a beautiful flow, very much like the Sun Salutation B, but with the Crescent Moon pose instead of Warrior I. :)
