      Wow, yes, running is pretty specific Marie!! I find that cycling helps but it doesn't replace running. Nothing else comes close.

      You will do it Marie! You are already on day 2 of a long streak. Nothing works better than consistency either.

      Brilliant run Marie, you got it done, and thats all that matters really! You may say terrible time, but its 35 minutes faster than not running it at all, and thats huge :) Way to come back girl!
