    Felt awesome! Definitely could have run a few more miles, but I'm sticking to Hal Higdon's training program. I can't wait for marathon day to get here.

    Longest run I've done since the last marathon (which was in January). All things considered it went great!

    AWESOME!!! Shaved an hour and ten minutes off of my last half marathon time haha. Niiiiiice.

    Great run! Had some Gu gummies around mile 5. Not a huge fan of the taste :/ ..........I think I'll stick to Cliff Bars.

    We left a liiiiittle too late....it was completely dark for the second half of the run. But I felt really good - picked up the pace for the second 2. Got to see the BEAUTIFUL sunset :)

    The ride there was super easy. The ride back...not so much. The wind was INSANE! But it was fun nonetheless.

    GREEEEEEEAT! First long run in awhile. We prepped well and stayed hydrated. I wanted to go further!
