    Ran without walking-first time in a little bit. Aimed to go 1.25 but did the math wrong and ended up running more! Felt good at the end.

    Ran a warmup and then 4x5 minute at a faster pace. was going to do this on the treadmill but decided on the track-glad I did as time goes faster when you are not staring at the time on the screen.
