It's just one run. There could be several factors too such as did you eat anything before you ran, hydration, sleep. One run in humidity is not going to stop you Maria. You are Marathon Mom!

mile 1 ~ hill running at 5 mph, 6% incline with 2 minute walk at halfway point.
mile 2~ speed training. Ran @ 7 mph with 2 minute walk at halfway point.Kicked my booty!

Played Just Dance 4 with my kids & husband, worked up a sweat and was drenched from my back at the end of the game. So much fun! So this will count as cross training, OK?
