    Had to focus on keeping my head down. Man, I need to get in swimming shape - kept running out of breath.

      The breath will come with technique not fitness - it's amazing once you get the technique down it becomes so much easier! Swimming is great but it does take a lot of practice!

    Woke up with a sharp pain in my back - feels like I'm being stabbed if I lay on my back and breathe - like a rib out of place. This work out was uncomfortable because of it - kept it light.
