    So proud of my friend Jen. She is certainly getting faster and had negative splits during today's run 11:07, 10:26, 10:06. Tomorrow we are running her first 5k. I love sharing in her PR race!

    Left ITB felt a little twingy after race yesterday and this morning felt it to start but it lessened toward the end of this recovery run. Really can tell I worked hard... adductors pretty sore today.
