    Fartlek on the treadmill. 1/2 mile warm up 3 miles at 6.9mph and then 1/2 mile cool down. Feet felt ok.

    Given schedule had to do this on treadmill. Was supposed to do 10 but my feet started to hurt. Trying to listen to my body instead of committing to a number.

      My feet hurt on the treadmill today, too! I only had a half mile left, so I just pushed thru. Weird!

      I've got a touch of plantar fasciitis and I'm trying to keep it at bay. Calf stretches and foot massages helping but might need to go see my PT if it keeps interfering with training. :/
