      oh yeah that's a loooooong flight. Could go either way. I'd plan to get up and move around as much as you can. I took some muscle relaxers to help me sleep and keep me from getting too stiff.

    huh, looking back this run was better than I thought. I felt like I was slugging through the run with the humidity but not as much as I thought. Ran in new shoes (Nike Structure) and feet felt okay.
