      I couldn't believe how much fluid I was retaining during the ride - I bet I lost 10lb yesterday, so don't get too worked up about it. I think being out in the heat ALL day does that. Use real benchmarks & data not those in pictures or in you mind.

      What a nice morning! You asked if I'm doing better and I am. I walked 11 miles a few weeks ago, which felt amazing, but I had a little immune system response. I guess for now I'll keep my mileage low. But my back is normal again and that's fantastic.
