      YES!!! I just now had to re-start and re-pair all my devices and that seemed to help. That and just dumping that piece of crap Garmin Express. Nice long one Maria!!

      Well, if your hamstring aches no matter what shoes you wear it likely isn't the shoes. But when things ache for me I reach for the Hokas, but that's just me! I hope it eases up. Maybe time for a good massage?

      I just rotate shoes constantly. Almost never do two runs in a row in the same shoe anymore! Nice run, glad the hammy felt better!

      When I was training for my steeplechase, my hamstring started acting up and Todd did laser treatments on mine and that helped immensely. If you go see him, ask about those. That did the trick for me.
