    Hamstrings and glutes SUPER sore and tight still from last week. This shoulder routine could have used 5lbs and overhead used 10.

    Increased warm up weight to 15, back at 15, lunges 3 each hand (forward reach to target glutes). No run today - forgot ear buds and had 5 hours sleep

      Way to go upping the weights!! Those lunges... Oy.

    Knew this would be much slower than first leg. Temps had risen a lot and I was hot. Had to dig deep to stop from walking.

    Felt like I was dragging the whole way. Wore knee brace on right knee which helped a little but still felt it ache going up even slight elevations.
