      I lost that motivation last summer, but love running in the afternoon, so I'm looking at that as a bonus ... or something like that. HA! Please explain about the shoes.

    This is what I get for trying to get someone's attention while on a treadmill - quite funny according to my friends (they wish they had a video to record it). No gushing blood just sore.

      Yeah, I saw a woman running one treadmill over and was trying to get her attention to see if she wanted to meet up for runs in the morning (to avoid the treadmill but also have safety in numbers). I'm not so good at the running sideways thing :/
