    Started out fast the first 5 miles then a fever, coughing, difficulty breathing, and ITB pains foiled me. Ran 9min and walked 1min and slowed down considerably. Oh well, what are you gonna do?

      yikes!! I hope you are feeling better. I had major ITB problems a few months ago. Saved by an awesome chiropractor.
