    450 year old tree....found this pretty thing on my 10 mile run in the park.....we can't hurt nature...it's been here way too long :)

      It was amazing just looking at it. The sign next to the tree mentioned that when this tree was a sapling, Shakespear was alive...that shit is awesome......if only this tree could talk....I bet it seen lots of hanky panky in the park LOL

      Isn't 'running away from your troubles' the whole point? After a run, the big troubles can be tackled with a clearer head and the small ones usually are put in their place.
