      I reversed my run today too... had the urge to run along Georgian Bay and soak in the view of the escarpment too. :) On a positive note... you got an extra 2K in. Have a good day Marguerita

      Like I said in Sarah's post--just so happy to see the two of you together and back at it on Saturday morning! Sluggishness is probably just part of the return from the break. 5 runs this upcoming week should clear all of that out.
