    Feeling pretty hard core getting out there and running in the freezing cold, windy and quickly arriving darkness. I felt surprisingly good. Just a little over a week until the big marathon!!!

      Just remember that you've already done over 20 miles- your body can definitely do it! Don't make the mistake of overdoing it in the last few weeks to make up for it now--- the best thing you can do is taper properly and allow your body to REST in the 3 weeks before the race.
