Thanks, new shoes are one of the main contributors-give you 33% more power to the pedals with out added effort, over the toe clips and tennis shoes, that and a new center crank bearing have made all the difference in the world. Get these legs used to the new effort and hoping to bring speed up more. Thanks for noticing. Wilber

Stacia, get time on a stationary trainer before you go to the road there is a technique to getting out of the clip and you NEED TO PRACTICE or you will fall down. Not had to do just need practice and timing.
