  1. Plank Hold a Day Challenge - Day 7 - 1:50. I'm out on all high-impact workouts for a bit. Sucks, but whatever. Walks are where it's going to be at.

      Oh Torrie, it's the best investment you'll ever make! Seriously, I just roll out of bed and start running. By the time my sleepyness wears off, I'm finishing up! I don't know how people who work full-time find time for the gym!

    Got up early to watch the marathon (don't worry, I won't give it away!). Ran "with" the ladies at the end of their run. I am amazed by those women!
