    Three miles in my new new shoes! Asics Nimbus 16 WIDE - Oy! Recovery miles, positive splits - when I stopped running, my legs went WOA! What are you doing to us! Post run yoga felt very needed!

    Speed Work - warm up then 5x800s - 4:41, 4:50, 5:05, 4:47, 4:28 - that's what you call up & down! At least my last was the fastest! The 5:05 one I felt like I was lost - very weird!
