    So then I go to yoga & it was tough too! Transitions were like little old lady moves - felt like I kept getting stuck! No flow today! But it is done. And I am grateful for it.

    Yay for running the DONNA Marathon course! Nothing like getting out there and just feeling the love! Slow, positive splits but I got in 5 miles which was what I wanted! Hoping for 7 on Sunday!
