It was pretty nice. Saw you while I was taking Mom home, and I wondered if Allie was with you, but just off running somewhere else along the road. Wish I could've escaped, lol!

Good job getting out there. For dark conditions... flashlights, reflective gear, and some led strobes make you seen by cars and also help you to see the holes in the road/trail.

Bo, luckily my daughter had reflective lettering on her running shirt for the one and ONLY car we saw! Gotta love the country roads! Was wishing for the flashlights though! Going to bring my little LED light next time!
Cassi, it is VERY good to be back! Talked to the Dr. about my falling streak and he agreed it was most likely me pushing myself beyond what my dizzy brain can handle...that is good news EXCEPT that it MAY mean that I'll never get up to running speed. :-/

You'll get there. A good balanced stride that keeps you feet down and head up on the road takes some time. So, take an easy pace, its mostly about getting out there and getting the time in to help your body catch up to your goals. (Muscles get there first, metabolism comes along a little later, and then your skeleton joins the parade.) This can take several months to get through. So, push your limits in small increments and work on staying right side up. You'll get there, just keep at it.
