Mile repeats tonight down at the high school. 6:52.49, 6:52.96, 6:50.71

The goal was 7 minute miles with a five minute active recovery between each. Planned on doing four but I'm wise enough to know where my limit is for a good workout versus over doing it (I hope). Anyway, it was a good workout.
