    Did my Back and Biceps for 50 minutes then 15 minutes of interval sprints. Pushing up to 10.0 on the sprints now. "Boy no one will kick sand in my face this year."

      Thanks. That last line is a play on the fitness ads I used to read when I was a boy. There was always Mr Scrawny getting sand kicked in his face at the beach by a big goon until he buys their workout program.

    Did some chest and shoulder work for 15 min, then 15 min Ab Ripper X then finally outside. First outside run of the year. Felt awesome to be in the fresh air.

    No running for awhile just hiking. My neighbours 8 yr old daughter Kayla was swept away in our swollen creek on Saturday. We are still searching for her body.

      Thank you. Please pray we find her to help put the parents hearts at rest a little. So much ice the divers had to stop. Terrible situation.

    Did P 90X shoulders and arms for 50 minutes then intervals. One minute 9.5 then one minute recovery walk at 4.0 then one minute at 7.5 then again at 9.5 etc. Have a great evening everyone.

    Fifteen minutes Ab RipperX then my run. Felt a little heavy but definitely stronger. Have not run for a few days as I keep getting a recurring case of gout in my left ankle. Very painful.
