    I tend to overcook some of my easy runs. Sometimes you just need to slow down. No reason to put any excess stress on my legs less than 2 weeks out from my Marathon.

    Cut back from the standard 8 and 8 to 6 and 6, 2 minutes hard then 1 minute hard, with 1 minute rest throughout. Felt decent. One last serious workout then it's taper time.
