    Slowest run in years probably. Just taking my time and not worrying about anything other than prepping for tomorrows hard long run.

    12 miles before 7 AM. Ain't nothing wrong with that. Took a while to get into it, but felt pretty decent by the end. The cooler early morning temps were nice.

    Out at my Mom's, got in another easy 9 on the Millennium Trail. Was still pretty tired from the 17 on Sunday.Nice day for it, not too hot.
