After the test run I took 2 days off. I felt the pinch again the rest of that day, although this time I was able to walk okay without limping. This morning's run was also pain free, but again today I feel the pinch. I will rest tomorrow and attempt again on Friday. Right now I'm hoping that a day off between each run helps it recover. I do stretches every day for it and massage with oil at night. I've also started sleeping with a firm pillow between my knees at night for better alignment. It seems to help, but this is frustrating me.

    Ha ha, my test run only lasted 50 sec. I'm taking a week or two off. I hope my injury doesn't linger. Good luck with you recovery.

    I'm not happy at all. I'm even at the point to go see a sports doctor.

    I would see a doctor just to make sure there isn't a tear and to confirm your diagnosis.
