Sweet lord almighty! I did this on Sunday after running 6, weights for my legs, then I wanted to try some of the workouts on this video. This guy does like 7 sets of 15 for squat plyometrics, lunge plyo's, and all kinds of stuff! I can see how it strengthens but my legs were already pooped to handle too much. Next time, this will be done on a no run day!
