good Sore but good 3 mi 00:29 09:41 pace

Wow, I was not sure how this was going to turn out simply because of my soreness from Sunday's run then weights, then half, yes only half of a superset from the Iron Strength workout routine. My quads, ass, and hips have been sore and tight. I could not even run Monday like I was supposed to. Today though was unexpected. I usually start out really slow at 11:30 to warm up but my legs were ready to do better and I started out at 10:30 and amped right up in pace. Mile 1 - 10:24, Mile 2 - 9:50, Mile 3 - 9:30. HR 150. Short run but good quality run.
