I also want to start implementing some hill work into one run day per week. Today was that day. I ran a 1.5 loop with a nice steady hill on the last part of it, then did 4 repeats of that hill, then did one more half loop and finished with the hill on the last .10 of a mile. Legs felt like jelly afterwards which to me means I worked the twigs! Heel has been holding up fine. Once the kids are out of school I will increase time running just a little and add a 5th day. I do not want to rush it because I want to keep running.
