My legs got a good workout this week that's for sure! Mommy pushed them harder than usual! All week my legs have been turning over nice and fast for me and today was no different but it did get a little tougher the last 2 miles just because they have been worked hard this week.

I did what I was supposed to do on my run, first 4 easy, next 4 faster, last 4 easy again. I tried to keep my easy pace between 9:30-10 and my fast pace was great and I was a little surprised that I had it in me to do it but it felt great, paced between 8:30-9:05ish, last 4 I took it back down to 9:30-10.
