    Dubuque Benefit Classic half marathon. great route with 3 very hilly miles.

    ran to the race (3 mi), did the New Bo Fest 1/2 marathon (13 mi), and then ran out to meet Sarah and Katie (2 mi each way). tired now...and the post race beer doesn't help.

    ran the trails of Beverly Park. getting there was the hardest part w/ all the road construction. I had the whole park to myself...except for that groundhog.

    was in Dubuque and had time to kill so I tried out the Mines of Spain trails by the Mississippi River. they were cool, but too many mosquitoes!
