    Mom took me for a track workout. I ran 50-50-50-50-100-100-200. My splits were 13.7, 13.2, 13.7, 12.7 / 28.3, 27.3 / 1:17.3. I did a 800 warm up and 800 cool down, and I walked the last lap.
