    Woke up at 4am and couldn't sleep...hurts to sleep and it hurts to run.....Guess what I choose. Lace Up and out the door at 5 this morning.

    Look at how bad my pace is!! I am off my anti inflammatories before surgery and it just hurts. I probably shouldn't be running/walking but I have to keep myself busy or worry myself sick.

      I hope it all goes OK. I know the feeling of going off anti-inflammatories, I had to do it myself and everything seemed to hurt twice as much as it did before. Try not to worry too much, and get plenty of rest before surgery.

    I beat the rain. Maybe it is the rain that is causing my right leg to give me grief. I am going to cycle and see if that will loosen everything up.
