Not good at all but I got it done. Worst cramping of the legs ever!

101 miles she completed!!
She came in FIRST Woman in 19:59.45 #onlywomantofinishunder20hours
I got to pace miles 75-90 and she was doing amazing!
Cold and slow, nice easy track ses to get ready for JJ100 pacing! :)
SUCH a hot run but SO much fun, can't wait to start training for my Half Ironman distance!!!
