When Adam left my house I was extremely frustrated, and couldn't even tell you why. LOL

Body weight squats on the balance disks, 20 reps
walking push-ups, 10 reps
cross body kettle bell swings, 10 lbs, single arm, 15 each side
crunches on the balance disk, 20 reps
single arm plank on the upside down BOSU ball with donkey kicks, 15 each leg
incline curls on stability ball, 12 lbs, 15 reps
skull crushers, 8 lbs, 20 reps; 12 lbs, 5 reps
leg raise, hip extension, 15 reps
alternating shoulder presses, 10 lbs kettle bell each hand, 20 reps
