Stayed with the 12 min pace group for the first 6.5 miles. Then I got worried about having enough time to pick up Avery's birthday cake and shower before her party, so my Dad, Bob S. , and I picked it up. I told him my rule was that I had to still be breathing easy and talking or I'd slow down. Mission accomplished. Perhaps I should move up a pace group.

    Nice work. (I'd stay where you are for this season as it's going to get tougher. Remember this was a drop-back week, and the break in the weather helped a lot! Save it for race day.)
