Wanted to get in some non-running cardio...so dug out my not-so-fancy hybrid bike. I think the last time I rode it was when I was pregnant - it's amazing how much more enjoyable it is when I'm more physically fit! Towards the end I actually thought - "this is exercise?" Granted, I probably went way slower than my friends who actually bike for real.
