Back lunge with a follow through
pull ups from the plank position
10-10-10, biceps curls
side lunges onto the bosu ball
medicine ball slams (x20)
bent over rows with kickbacks (only 1 set)
Everything with my shoulders felt harder than the weight involved should have felt.


Sorry your shoulders didn't want to cooperate but it still sounds like an awesome strength workout!
