With the 12 min/pace group. Went North on the Olentangy Trail and then branched off into Worthington Hills for 6 miles. I was the designated group cheerleader and randomly shouted out "own that hill" up the tougher hills. I'm sure my group loved it. I ignored the duct tape talk. :D
Last 3 miles were much faster than the first 9 as I ran back and forth checking on the group....throws the average off a bit. Until then, right on pace.
And yes, I stopped at Tim Horton's on the way home and got a breakfast sandwich and a donut. (Even though I had 2 GUs during the run, half a bagel courtesy of MiT post-run and I am now drinking some chocolate milk too.) What can I say?


Great job Mandy. Running and now a cheerleader! Awesome. I think after running 12.06 miles....you're body probably needs it!
