      Nice work! When you said you were going to the dam I assumed it meant a kelty pack and hiking not running.

      Steph - I'll likely be going every Wed morning if you can ever make that work.
      Laurie - Yeah, that's what I did last year. Trainer wants me doing intervals at the dam instead. Sick bastard. :)
