    Legs hurting...splints? Did some light weights, mostly upper body.

    Day off yesterday, but still hurting today! Breathing slightly better after first few minutes, but it's still really hard work. Looking at marathons, but a 5k would be my limit at the moment!

    Heavy legs, chest did not like the cold air. All good character training! I knew I should have started this last summer, but then, I have that to look forward to.

    Beter than expected. I've been doing some light weights recently, and today, I felt the benefit. Mostly high reps/low weight, but some low reps/high weight just to keep it interesting.
