planning to get back on track. A good plan is much needed. Only found one on my cyclemeter app for a 10k. Any suggestions where I can find other good training plans for 10k? (Can´t find any on Nike+)

Really? Cool! Well no Karla, here are just spiderwebs, worms that glow in the dark (tons of them) (+ lots of bats of course) and yesterday I hit a huge brown toad...that was SCARY LOL :)
