  11. planning to get back on track. A good plan is much needed. Only found one on my cyclemeter app for a 10k. Any suggestions where I can find other good training plans for 10k? (Can´t find any on Nike+)

      Are you looking for a running 10k plan? (The cycle meter part made me wonder if its a cycling plan you want.) You could google Hal Higdon's plans or Jeff Galloway if you're a run/walker. Let us know what you look at & choose!

      Thanks alot Jan!!! I´m gonna do that! Yes, a running 10k plan. Yes I know, that is funny, huh?- Cycle meter even has plans for running (and counts almost everything what moves, skating, swimming, motorcycling,) LOL! Yes I will let you know... :) Thanks!

      Really? Cool! Well no Karla, here are just spiderwebs, worms that glow in the dark (tons of them) (+ lots of bats of course) and yesterday I hit a huge brown toad...that was SCARY LOL :)
