    Been away for quite sometime. Lot's of injuries ~ to many to report but back at it and in training for Charleston!! Feels good to get moving again! Merry Christmas!

    1. 26 degrees is really, really cold.
    2. Eating your share of goodies over the holidays can cause up to 6 extra pounds!!
    3. Coyotes actually do exist.

      Thanks everyone. @Molly I'm not sure about Galloway. I have had quite a few injuries over the past year. The last got my attention better than the others. I am taking it easy, rebuilding and trying to listen to my body rather than a plan. :) Thanks again

      In some neighbourhoods around here, postmaster doesn't even drive the truck by your house. He pulls up to a big communal rack of cubbyholes at the end of every few blocks. Just pretend you live in Canada and have to run 2mi. to get your mail, Maggie! :)
