Awesome workout! I had to wobble to the car. My legs were still spinning. Did some extra standing up to push through and simulate running. Love this class!!!

I got sick in the second mile. Cramps made me keel over, but I was doing a nice 13:10 pace for a LSD! Some days you are the wind and some days you are the bag caught in a bush in the wind.
