I got sick in the second mile. Cramps made me keel over, but I was doing a nice 13:10 pace for a LSD! Some days you are the wind and some days you are the bag caught in a bush in the wind.

Ugh---cramps are no fun, and hard to deal with out on the course. Sometimes the answers, my friend, are blowin' in the wind...but next time, hope you get to be the wind!
