I promised to get out and do at least a mile every day this winter. So far, a mile has lead to doing at least 4. Tonight, the weather was descent, so it turned into 6.5... Go me.

great New Year's Race in Central Park 4 mi
It was so much fun. Running a fast, happy race at midnight is the way to bring in the new year right.

Treadmill in Atlantic City. :) 6.3 mi 01:00 09:31 pace
I burned about as many calories on the treadmill as Grappler lost on blackjack.
