Strike 1- get stuck in a meeting that runs through lunch. Strike 2- forget sports bra Strike 3- have no athletic tape which sometimes is used when Strike 2 occurs. Strike 4- take a new turn on my run to see where it goes- goes into the ghetto. Strike 5- Speed work begins Strike 6- only get in 5 miles instead of planned 8. God Im glad its Friday. I cannot handle this week anymore.
