First: if you arent listening to the new Taylor Swift CD on repeat during all your runs, I feel bad for you. Second: if you arent running crazy amounts of 1.2 mile loops in order to simulate your upcoming 6 hours on a 2.7 mile course race, you have no idea what fun you're missing. Third: Its so freakin nice out right now that I can barely stand it. Happy Thursday punks!
