Reallly needed a good long run today and it just didnt happen. Was planning on a 20 miler and drove out to the rail trail. Ran 15 with Sean M. and was just toasted. Super humid and warm today, but really just no excuses, I just didnt have it today.


Its too hot here today too really. Still a nice double digit run

High humidity can sink you. But great going on the 15. Nothing to sneeze about. Hope your next planned long run goes better.

sure 15 isnt 20, but 2 hours on your feet is a good workout you can get some benefit from
