My mother must have known when she had me not to include Grace anywhere in my freakin name. Today I was attacked by a trash can on my run, uphill- as I was looking backward trying to cross traffic. It came out of no where, they are elusive and wiley creatures ya know? Anyway I managed to keep my footing and didnt face plant but man was it close... probably good Im a runner and not a ballerina.
